Digital Thermostatic Display Oven

The exterior is constructed from cold pressed steel plate. The interior filled with aluminum silicate. Fan circulation is fitted as standard on ovens from 70 litres capacity and larger, and as an option on the smaller ovens. Temperature range is 40°C to 225°C. The door and chamber are filled with carbon silicone seals for excellent insulation against heat. The interior is fitted with fixed shelf positions with removable chrome plated steel wire grid shelves. Voltage is 240 volts.
